Option 1 - Hourly Services
- The core advantage of a fixed-price project is that our focus is strictly on maximizing delivery within the contracted calendar duration, not on tracking hours. This structure provides you with cost and schedule certainty for the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Our services succeed through active collaboration. Provided the client delivers required inputs and decisions efficiently, the fixed-price, time-boxed model offers superior value and predictability over hourly rates.
- As a professional services firm, we serve multiple clients. The time block secured by your fixed-price project ensures dedicated attention and progress, but it is not a full-time, 40-hour weekly allocation. We carefully limit our project load to ensure that every client receives our best, focused effort and a consistent standard of high quality.
